BLACKBIRD Is Coming...

It's been a century since I posted here, but I'm back to say: Hi! I've missed you. I'm sorry the RISE epilogue is not online right this instant, and you cannot get your fix of more EVE. I've gotten a lot of questions about where to find it and how, and the answer is: it's in the back of the paperback. It may be up online again at some point in the future, but for now it's at your local bookstore or library. Try to think of it as a treasure hunt, and don't begrudge me too much, okay? Please lovies? But enough about EVE...I'm in New York (my home state, my old town) to celebrate the ALMOST release of my new series Blackbird. It comes out September 16th, 2014, and I've been galavanting, sticking Blackbird tattoos (more on that later) on people, and signing ARCS. This is my favorite book so far. It's written in second person, and involves murder and intrigue and all that good stuff. Below is the cover and a little bit about it. Drop me a line in the comments, and tell me what you think!

This twisty, breathless cat-and-mouse thrill ride, told in the second person, follows a girl with amnesia in present-day Los Angeles who is being pursued by mysterious and terrifying assailants.

A girl wakes up on the train tracks, a subway car barreling down on her. With only minutes to react, she hunches down and the train speeds over her. She doesn’t remember her name, where she is, or how she got there. She has a tattoo on the inside of her right wrist of a blackbird inside a box, letters and numbers printed just below: FNV02198.

There is only one thing she knows for sure: people are trying to kill her.

On the run for her life, she tries to untangle who she is and what happened to the girl she used to be. Nothing and no one are what they appear to be. But the truth is more disturbing than she ever imagined.
